Despite Solid Quarter, Yamana Stock Still Looks Cheap
AUY real asset is the aggressive mind set of their management team. They have a talented bunch capable of "running" the mines, but the real vision belongs to the top Mgt. They said they would grow the Company into a major and are well on there way to do just that. Their "mine buys" are excellant getting full value out of the properties going forward in less than a year
AUY is a Major trying to happen.

      Commodity Forecasters See Prices Declining
The economists have NOT correctly forecasted commodities for the last 5 years. They are equally lame in forecasting the GDP growth in China and India for the past 9 years.
China and India are creating the tremendious incremental demand for commodities thus creating the demand -supply inbalence. The chinesse are not going back to riding their 2 wheelers to work, or eating less protean, nor stopping their construction of roads, ports, housing and factories. After all, they have $1.3 Trillion in foreign reserves, mostly in depreciating USDX's, so they have the money.
Conclusion--commoditie... are in demand and will be bid up in a short supply situation.

Why Silver Stocks Are Outperforming Gold
The premise makes a lot of sense. Nickel has been on fire and nickel mining companies also.

Why I'm Selling My Gold and Silver
      Fundamentally, Gold is looking promising.
Physical demand is up. Mine production is down. Fiat money is debasing due to the massive liquidity world wide. Major exporting countries are looking to "lighten up" on their massive USDX holdings, so they'll buy some precious metals. World has become "scaryier" due to Iraq, Iran tensions, N Korean threats, Muslim unrest, Oil shocks, and emerging Countries economically challanging the Developed Nations.
All of the above motivate people and Nations to seek safety in Gold and Silver.
